NOTICE FOR UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS: As you are probably aware – the current tariffs implemented for all packages entering the US have lead to many complications for international shipments. Sadly, Post of Serbia has ceased delivery of all mail to the US. This may be subject to sudden changes in the future, hopefully for the better!

Standard order processing time – maximum of 14 days.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow some time for your order to be processed – some items require a few days to be made. I will notify you in case of long delays. If you are ordering and need the items as fast as possible please mention so in your order details, I will do my best to fulfill the request!

Depending on your location and chosen shipping option it may take up to a month for the order to arrive after it has been shipped. Please be patient, and I will update you with any information I receive from the postal services if needed.

International shipping with tracking – the code I provide is not guaranteed to work throughout the whole shipping process. This is because the package may be passing through a country that doesn’t share it’s tracking data with Post of Serbia, which causes the original tracking code to be changed. If such thing occurs and you haven’t received the package in a reasonable amount of time, please let me know!

Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment is received. I am not responsible for lost or refused packages, nor any potential customs fees. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact me so we can resolve the issue.

I may record and post the process of packaging orders on my social media pages, but they will never include customer personal details.
